These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the pbwin platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, gameplay, and all other services provided by pbwin to players in the Philippines. Please read them carefully before using pbwin.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement," "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and pbwin ("pbwin," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pbwin.club. This Agreement governs your access to and use of all products, services, features, and content offered through the pbwin platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, e-sabong, bingo, and all associated account, payment, and support functions.
By registering an account, accessing the platform, making a deposit, or using any pbwin service, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the pbwin platform.
pbwin's services are intended exclusively for players located in the Philippines who are at least 21 years of age. The platform operates in alignment with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulatory framework. These Terms are written in English as the official operative language. Translations, if any, are provided for convenience only; the English version governs in all cases of conflict.
pbwin reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms regularly. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

To register for and use a pbwin Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
pbwin reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility requirements are not or are no longer met. Any winnings accrued on an ineligible Account may be forfeited at pbwin's sole discretion.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the pbwin platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment accounts, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Multiple Accounts will be detected and merged or suspended; any bonuses obtained through duplicate Accounts will be forfeited entirely, and any real-money winnings derived from such Accounts may be withheld pending investigation.
When registering an Account, you are required to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine identification document, your date of birth, your valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your Account information if it changes. pbwin is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information provided by the Player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) received via SMS. pbwin will never ask for your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. Any activity conducted through your Account using your login credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you. You must notify pbwin's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. pbwin strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting pbwin's customer support via live chat. Before closing your Account, any remaining Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to the withdrawal conditions set out in Section 7. Bonus funds that have not yet met applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
pbwin is required to implement Know Your Customer procedures in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. As part of the KYC process, pbwin may request the following documents:
Submission of complete and satisfactory KYC documentation is a condition precedent to the processing of any withdrawal request. pbwin reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests pending KYC completion. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period as requested by pbwin may result in Account suspension and, in cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
Your KYC documents are handled securely in accordance with pbwin's Privacy Policy. Document information is used solely for identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes. Documents are stored using encrypted protocols and are never shared with third parties except as required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy.
pbwin accepts deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, and Metrobank online banking. pbwin reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted deposit methods at any time with or without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). There is no maximum single deposit amount, subject to any limits imposed by your chosen payment method provider.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your pbwin Account within two (2) minutes of successful authorization. Bank transfer deposits may take up to fifteen (15) minutes depending on the bank's processing systems. pbwin is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's payment service provider.
You must only deposit funds that you lawfully own and that originate from a payment method registered in your name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited. Any deposit found to originate from a payment account not registered in the Player's verified name may be held pending investigation and may be returned to the originating payment account.
All deposits, Account Balances, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals at pbwin are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pbwin does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion is the sole responsibility of the Player and their payment provider.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 (Philippine Peso). Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's verified name. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed on average within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BDO, BPI, or Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours. Processing times may vary during periods of high volume or scheduled system maintenance.
Completion of KYC verification (Section 5) is a mandatory condition for the processing of any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be placed on hold until verification is satisfactory. pbwin reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawal requests above certain thresholds as part of its anti-money laundering compliance procedures.
Bonus funds that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only the real-money Balance is withdrawable. Winnings generated from Bonus Wallet funds may only be transferred to the main Balance and become withdrawable once all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied.
Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and vary depending on the Player's account verification tier and VIP status. Players may view their applicable limits within their Account settings dashboard. pbwin reserves the right to modify withdrawal limits at any time with notice to affected Players.
pbwin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms and conditions attached to the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds credited to a Player's Bonus Wallet are subject to a wagering requirement of twenty times (20x) the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be transferred to the main Balance and withdrawn. For example: a ₱1,000 bonus carries a ₱20,000 wagering requirement (₱1,000 × 20). Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements — live casino games and table games typically contribute at a reduced rate compared to slot games. Specific contribution rates are set out in individual promotion terms.
All bonus offers carry an expiry period, typically stated in the individual promotion's terms. If the Wagering Requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited without further notice.
pbwin takes bonus abuse seriously. Actions constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using bonus funds in a way that effectively generates guaranteed profit regardless of outcome (so-called "bonus arbitrage"); placing only low-risk or hedge bets while wagering bonus funds; and sharing bonus codes in unauthorized channels. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and may be subject to permanent Account suspension.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in a Player's Bonus Wallet at any given time. A new bonus offer cannot be activated until the existing bonus has either been fully wagered or expired.
All non-live casino games on the pbwin platform (slots, RNG table games, virtual games) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology sourced from third-party audited game providers, including but not limited to JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Fachai. Game outcomes are statistically random and are not influenced by pbwin or any third party after the game round begins. Live dealer games are conducted by real professional dealers in certified studio environments and are governed by the outcomes of actual physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice).
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pbwin platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round that prevents the round from completing normally, pbwin will investigate the malfunction and, where possible, replay the game from the point of failure. Where a replay is not possible, the affected bet will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the Player's Balance. pbwin's decision on the handling of technical malfunctions is final.
21+ Age Requirement. Gambling at pbwin is strictly limited to persons aged 21 years and above. This requirement is non-negotiable and is enforced through identity verification. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account permanently closed and any funds held will be dealt with in accordance with applicable law.

All content on the pbwin platform — including but not limited to the pbwin name, logo, brand elements, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of pbwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pbwin platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, frame, scrape, mirror, or commercially exploit any pbwin content; use pbwin's brand, name, or logo for any purpose without prior written consent; or access pbwin's platform through any automated means.
Any unauthorized use of pbwin's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pbwin, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the pbwin platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or financial loss resulting from gambling.
pbwin provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pbwin endeavors to ensure continuous availability, pbwin does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit pbwin's liability for death or personal injury caused by pbwin's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
pbwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, and to withhold or void any Balance, bonus funds, or pending winnings, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, pbwin will endeavour to complete its investigation and communicate the outcome to the Player within a reasonable timeframe. Where an Account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms by the Player, any real-money Balance remaining after deduction of any amounts owed to pbwin may be returned to the Player's verified payment method at pbwin's discretion.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your pbwin Account or any transaction, you must first contact pbwin's customer support team via the official live chat available on the pbwin platform. Your complaint will be acknowledged within twenty-four (24) hours and pbwin will endeavour to resolve it within five (5) business days of receiving all relevant information.
If you are not satisfied with the resolution offered by the customer support team, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to pbwin's compliance team at [email protected], clearly marked "Formal Dispute." pbwin will provide a final written response within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of the formal complaint.
All disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the disputed event. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered.
pbwin's decision on all disputes related to game technical malfunctions, bonus eligibility, and KYC determinations is final and binding.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 14.
pbwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pbwin will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players by displaying a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the Player's registered email address or mobile number. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the pbwin platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your Account and withdraw any remaining Balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 7.
